  • Maintaining good business relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Obtaining referrals from the existing clients to approach new clients.
  • Understanding the client needs and keeping the clients satisfied with MyDDpoints features and benifit
  • Ensuring the company products and promotional material are displayed according to company guidelines, and seasonal trends in partner business venues.
  • Assisting the partners to sell their products through visual merchandising and offering advice to partners on maximising sales.
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Ensuring initial and continued client training on the product and its features.
  • Coordinating with Field Sales executives on field visits and managing the clients.
  • Making the clients to have regular promotions and deals using the product.
  • Creating sales targets to clients and working to meet them individually and as a team
  • Keeping customers updated with relevant product information.
  • Communicating to clients clearly and addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise
  • Raising clients business concerns and needs to the companys management
  • Delivering sales pitch to prospective clients
  • Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company’s management and clients
