Description

We are hiring Team Leaders for US Healthcare Clinical process.

Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for the production and quality targets of the team
• Understanding and adhering to quality standards. Ensuring achievement of production and quality targets.
• Coordinating with the client on process related issues and updates
• Updating management on team performance
• Assisting manager in quality management, training, crisis management and administrative crisis.
• Conducting team reviews, submitting progress reports of the team to the manager and conducting appraisals
• Monitor Teams performance on a regular basis and recommend action plans.
• Recommend Performance Incentives on regular intervals basis Teams performance.
• Resource Management (Staffing, Rostering, Seat Utilization etc)
• Training Need Initiatives and Mentoring for Team
• Conduct Appraisals & KRA Reviews for Team
• Ensure Attrition % is below threshold
• Induction of Nurses into the team
