Description

We are hiring Quality Auditors for Clinical process in US Healthcare

Job Responsibilities

  • Review & update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the process
  • Assist the Training team in Re-verification of skills.
  • Co-ordinate with the Operations Team to close Non-Conformances
  • Facilitate Calibration sessions between QA's and customers.
  • Drive Process improvement initiatives and help in documentation of the same.
  • Maintain, prepare and present Quality Dashboard at regular intervals.
  • Perform transaction monitoring as per set targets.
  • Understand the basic professional standards and established procedures, policies before taking action and making decisions.
  • Mentor & coach new members of the team
  • Assumes responsibility for work activities and coordinating efforts.
