5. Creation of new measuring facility and maintenance
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Inspection of parts manufacturing (FSI & final inspection ) and ensure the zero defects.
Creation of new CMM program for new product development (NPD) & FSI components.
Costomer components inspection whenever needed by coustomer.
Providing new measuring facility based on parts manufacturing requirement
Gauges & Instruments calibration carried out to ensure the instrument capability
Review the calibration pending status and escilate to concern team
Review the Non confirmity closure activities
Prepare the quality plan and quality report for NPD components and carried out 100% inspection.
Solving of assembly complaints and coordinate to take the CAPA with concen departments.
To monitering and validating of special process.
Implementation of Digital data capturing in critical resources for CTQ components.
To maintain & update QMS ISO 9001 objecives & records and take the actuions for gap analysis.
Implementation of ACME projects & Assignments
TQM step-1 KHO implementation and conduct a audit periodically
